This will be All Levels Yoga so everyone can join and benefit from a slow, vinyasa style class,a moving meditation.
Class will be gentle but challenges will be offered so that we may
experience the harmony between our strength and serenity.
With over 12 years of experience, my teaching style has blossomed into a multifaceted
approach incorporating personal experiences, my knowledge of Ayurveda, anatomy, the Chakra
system, the Prana Vayus, various other psychosomatic studies, gentle adjustments and life
lessons as they unfold.
As an instructor, I do my best to be adaptive, intuitive and inspiring. I
offer space on the mat as a place to breath, concentrate, contemplate, reflect, transform, grow and heal.
